helpful doorman parking garage broken thermostat dairy-free alternatives

Ed Getman was a helpful doorman. He gave me directions to a nearby parking garage. He also took an empty coffee cup out of my car (it was very kind of him). The next morning he asked me how my stay was.

The thermostat in my room was broken. A maintenance man came to my room but could not fix it. There was no option for dairy-free alternatives (i needed it for my coffee).

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The hotel room was a good size and very clean. The bed in my room was super comfortable. I slept really well. I liked the restaurant and cafe located in the hotel, I really enjoyed dining there.

Scaffolding was up around the building. My room was very cold and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. I had trouble getting a quiet room despite my request during email exchanges.

cafe downstairs comfy rooms attentive staff frozen items missing controls

the hotel has a cafe downstairs. it is located close to everything i needed . comfy rooms are available. i also like that the staff are kind and attentive.

the bed was horrible. i barely got any sleep because of it. the refrigerator froze everything we put in it. there did not seem to be any controls to adjust it.
